1. SERVICES

Desirable Birth, LLC provides birth support, photography, education, and doula mentorship services. The scope of services is detailed on our website or agreed upon in writing before booking.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

All services require a booking and a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your spot.

Full payment is due by the agreed-upon deadline before services are rendered.

Payment plans may be available upon request but must be agreed upon in advance.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Client Cancellations: If a client cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled service, any fees paid may be forfeited.

Tardiness: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled or rescheduled at the company’s discretion. Repeated tardiness may result in cancellation without a refund.

Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Desirable Birth, LLC needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER

Desirable Birth, LLC is not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes. Birth support services are non-medical, and clients should consult a healthcare provider for medical advice.

Photography services are subject to availability and environmental factors. We are not liable for any missed moments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate and timely information when booking services.

For birth support, clients must inform their care providers that a doula will be present.

Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon timelines for scheduling and communication.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photography and educational materials provided by Desirable Birth, LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission.

7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Photography clients must sign a separate media release form if they wish to share their images publicly.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Desirable Birth, LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or public health crises.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, and any disputes will be resolved in your jurisdiction.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Desirable Birth, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or the company website.
